The Beginners Guide to Setting Up Your First Bitcoin Accounts

As a new comer to the world of Cryptocurrencies it can be extremely difficult to navigate your way through the maze of new terminology, endless ICO’s, coins/tokens and wallets. Well, don’t stress over these issues any longer. We’re here to help guide you through an easy step by step process to setting up your first Bitcoin accounts.




Create a file for each account:

Create a Word Document for these and store it on an external hard drive not connected to the internet. Print a paper copy, store it and the hard drive in a safe place or lock box/safe that no one can get too.

**Never keep these files on a laptop, tablet or smart phone or any device connected to the internet!

**Any files on a laptop, tablet or smartphone related to your accounts need to be deleted!

**Keep your Trezor or Ledger Wallet in a safe place as well preferably a lock box or safe!

#2: Activate an Online Banking Account if you have not already done so to connect to CoinBase!


Click here: Sign up and complete all sections in the settings tab:



Security: Phone number & verification, Two factor Authentication

(You need to download Google Authenticator from the App Store first to complete this process) 

Under Require Verification to Send: Check here: Any amount of digital currency — Most secure

Move to Payment Methods Tab:

Fill in your preference for purchasing Bitcoin (Bank Account, Wire Transfer or Credit Card)

Now go to the Tools Tab. (Click Create New Address)

Transfer Fiat funds from your bank account to CoinBase. Depending on how you transfer it can take 5-7 days to complete. Click video below for details.

#4:  Connect Account to purchase Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum.

#5: Transfer Funds from Coin Base/GDAX to your Trezor or Ledger Wallet! 

(This will require up to 6 confirmations from the Blockchain! Be Patient!)

Binance is a great trading platform. Once you’ve mastered CoinBase & GDAX you can send your BitCoin or Ethereum to Binance to buy, sell and trade for a wide array of Altcoins with extremely low fees compared to other exchanges.

Once you have your Binance account make sure you share it with all your friends to receive a 50% referral fee. For every person you refer you receive 50% of their deposit which Binance pays immediately to your account.
